Cider Pressing

Our cider pressing is done using the traditional rack and cloth system which we believe provides the best flavor and a low level of solids.  We use multiple varieties in every batch depending on time of year, balancing sweetness and tartness as well as color.  We are particular about only pressing whole, ripe, firm fruit and have a full HACCP plan in place. Just before bottling all cider is UV sanitized according to FDA guidance.
